ki’s pavlova

my grandmothers infallible pavlova recipe, as dictated by her:

• whip 3 egg whites until stiff

• mix in 3 dl granulated sugar and a “skvett” (splash) of apple cider vinegar

• spread on a baking sheet

• cook “for a bit” at 100 C
